Item 1. Security and Issuer

This Amendment No. 3 amends the Statement on Schedule 13D (the “Schedule 13D”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on 6 August 2007, Amendment No. 1 filed with the Commission on 10 September 2007 and Amendment No. 2 filed with the Commission on 13 December 2007 by Galahad Securities Limited, Legatum Capital Limited, Legatum Global Holdings Limited, Legatum Global Investment Limited and Senate Limited, acting on behalf of that certain trust formed under the laws of The Cayman Islands as of 1 July 1996. The following amendments to the Schedule 13D are hereby made. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Schedule 13D.

Item 3. Source and Amount of Funds

As of the close of business on 20 December 2007, the Reporting Persons have invested $465,037,616 in the purchase of shares of the Issuer. The above amount includes any commissions incurred in making the investments. The source of these funds derives from the working capital of the Reporting Persons.

Item 5. Interest in Securities of the Issuer

(a) As of 20 December 2007, the Reporting Persons beneficially own 67,295,079 shares of common stock of the Issuer, which represents 25.1% of the Issuer’s outstanding shares of common stock, which such percentage was calculated by dividing (i) 67,295,079 shares of common stock owned by the Reporting Persons by (ii) 268,357,205 shares of common stock outstanding as of 30 September 2007 based upon SEC Form 10Q filed on 9 November 2007. The 67,295,079 shares described above are beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons.
